Terms of Service
Welcome to the Planswell website! Here are the terms and conditions that you must accept when you visit this site.
Don‘t take anything personally
Everything you see on our site, such as an article or a video or even a link to another website, is meant to give you general information. It is not meant to be taken as legal, accounting, financial, insurance, borrowing or tax advice, and it is not meant as an offer to sell you anything. You must create your own financial plan and talk to our experts in order to receive advice on your personal situation.
Let us know if you see a mistake
We love to help people understand money better. But we’re only human, so there will occasionally be a mistake on this site, or on a site that we link to. It could be a typo, an out-of-date number, or even something worded incorrectly. If something doesn’t look right to you, let us know and we’ll clear it up right away, but you can’t sue us over it.
Please respect our stuff
Everything on our site is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are welcome to share our site with anyone you wish. You may be able to reproduce some of the content from our site if you talk to us about it first. But you are not allowed to take things from our site and publish them elsewhere without our permission. It’s not only illegal, it’s just not nice.
Going to court over something on a website seems unlikely, but if a dispute ever happens, it will be settled in the city of Toronto under the laws of Ontario and/or Canada. Below are the longer, and more exhaustive terms of service provided by our lawyers. You also agree to these below by using our service.
72 hour Money Back GuaranteeYou have 72 hours from the time of payment to take a full, no questions asked refund. That’s enough time to review and complete our New Household Essential training, join a Plancraft call, watch a bunch of videos, review our proven scripting, and learn a ton about the world’s most actionable financial planning experience and the best remote planning system you can use with a client. But you don’t need to do any of those things to get the refund. Just book a billing call or email your account manager and ask for a full refund and we’ll process it in full, no questions asked. After 72 hours, we’ll allocate your payment to our marketing and service departments and use it to attract exclusive new households for you to connect with. The money will be spent and you won’t be able to request a refund.

Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
